This policy covers only the public SIGHT CORE presentation website, not processing within the software or on external sites. SIGHT — Software Innovation & Global Hardware Trade is the identified publisher.

The legal entity responsible for processing, its address and the dedicated privacy contact must be confirmed by SIGHT. No data protection officer or specific legal regime is assumed.

Forms allow entry of a name, company, email address, telephone, country, business type, employee and branch counts, needs, preferred language and a message.

Asterisked fields are required only to validate the local simulation; others are optional. Email and numbers are checked in the browser. Limit messages to useful information and do not include sensitive, banking, health or third-party data without justification.

Form submission is simulated. Entered values are processed in the browser to check fields; this form does not populate a receiving service, email, request database or sales record.

The validation message does not mean SIGHT has received your request. The current form implements neither server retention of requests nor commercial use of these values. This does not mean website browsing involves no technical data.

The website does not implement persistent storage of form values. The form disappears after validation and returns empty when a new request is prepared.

Your browser may nevertheless offer autofill, restore fields or retain information according to your settings. Those features are under your control; manage them in browser settings, especially on a shared device.

Serving a page involves technical exchanges that may include an IP address, browser type, connection time and requested resources. Hosting or delivery providers may process or log this information to deliver and protect the website.

Fonts load from Google Fonts: your browser contacts Google services to obtain these resources, which may disclose technical data, including your IP address. Links to sightnetwork.org take you to a separate website.

No recipient receives form values through transmission organised by this website. Browsing technical data may be accessible to providers necessary for display or security and, where legally required, competent authorities.

If request reception is enabled, SIGHT must identify authorised staff and processors, processing countries and any safeguards required for international transfers. No particular hosting country or transfer mechanism is guaranteed here.

Depending on applicable law and the conditions for each right, you may request information, access, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, portability, and object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it, without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise a right, use an official contact published by SIGHT on sightnetwork.org, if available, specifying the website and your request without unnecessary sensitive information. SIGHT must still supply a dedicated contact: the simulation form does not transmit rights requests.

Contractual hosting and security measures must be checked by SIGHT; this policy attests no certification or absolute guarantee. The website presents a professional product and does not solicit children’s data.

Before enabling actual request submission, SIGHT must publish an updated policy identifying the controller and its contacts, purposes and legal grounds, recipients, retention periods or criteria, transfers and effective ways to exercise rights.

Adding a receiving service, tracking tool or new data use must be accompanied by advance information and, where needed, a consent mechanism. This version describes the current simulation and does not predetermine future practices.
